Washing lance
The barrel washer lance is used to spray a cleaning or disinfecting solution onto all the internal surfaces of the container. It optimises cleaning by combining flow and pressure in a closed circuit, and is fitted with a special cleaner with a rotating spray head to reach every nook and cranny. The system can also be used to extract waste water. It can be connected to a high-pressure cleaner, handling pressures of up to 180 bar.
How it works
The washing rod (barrel) allows the descaling or disinfecting solution to cover as much of the surface as possible. It is adapted to the configuration of the container. The nozzle can be used to combine other parameters (for greater efficiency) such as flow rate and pressure, in a closed circuit.
The washing cane (with extension) generally consists of a special cleaner with a flexible suction tube and angular gear. The rotating spray head reaches every spot and corner inside the drum to be cleaned. The suction foot simultaneously sucks up the waste water during cleaning.

Application mode
Working in a closed circuit, the central unit obtains its solution and water from a supply (water circuit, detergent reserve) that the user must provide. Can be connected to any high-pressure cleaner (cold/hot water).
Pressure up to 180 bar.
