Harvest transport equipment

The harvest, whether harvested by hand or mechanically, is transported from the vineyard to the winery using specific equipment. The criteria for choosing transport equipment depend on the size of the farm, the type of harvest, the distance to be covered for transport back to the winery and also (above all) the method of receiving the harvest in the winery (harvesting cone, destemmer, sorting table...).

There are also important options to consider, such as the draining grid, the watertight cover and the inerting of the skip, for example.
