Cleaning station
The central cleaning unit uses a venturi suction system to mix the cleaning product and water, providing effective washing and rinsing. It can be equipped for one or two products, making it easy to use different products one after the other thanks to a selector. The central unit automates the cleaning steps, optimising time and water consumption, while ensuring safety. For mobile use, a trolley can be supplied, enabling the unit to be moved easily between different areas.
How it works
It works by means of a venturi suction system, a hose fitted with a nozzle and a set of calibration nozzles. The venturi system uses the pressure of the water to suck up the cleaning product and cause immediate turbulent mixing with the water.
Operates in wash or rinse mode. The choice of calibration nozzle upstream allows you to precisely dose the desired concentration of product.
The cleaning unit is available in a 1-product or 2-product version. The 2-product cleaning unit optimises working time and makes it easy to use several products in succession, thanks to a dual-product selector.
The solid brass spray gun is shock-proof, covered in food-grade rubber and generally resistant to 80°C and 25 bar, and is fitted with a quick-coupling nozzle.
The central cleaning unit automates the various stages (detergency, disinfection, rinsing) of a cycle, reducing the time required and optimising the solutions and water consumed. It allows you to work in safer conditions.

Cleaning unit
Working in a closed circuit, the central cleaning unit obtains its solution and water from a supply (water circuit, detergent reserve) that the user must provide.
For mobile use of the cleaning unit, a 304L stainless steel tubular trolley with castors can be supplied to move the unit away from the wall. This trolley is particularly well suited to large surfaces (fewer reach constraints), in cases where the unit cannot be fixed to the wall, or if it is to be used in several rooms. Depending on your needs, it can hold 1 x 25-litre container, 2 x 10-litre containers, 1 or 2 x 5-litre containers, etc.

When you've finished cleaning: turn off the power, empty the water into the hose by activating the spray gun and wrap the hose around the central unit. For a single-product cleaning system, use a food-grade disinfectant detergent (be careful not to use a product with a viscosity of less than 100 centistocke). For a two-product cleaning system: add a powerful degreaser, descaler or other product..
The acid disinfectant detergent can also be used alternately, once a week, with the food disinfectant detergent to combat limescale. Refer to the enclosed instructions for use for more information.
